- Do I need a subscription?
- No. Free diagnosis includes estimates and suggestions. Pay to unlock live ChatGPT/Gemini probes and AI rewrite ($6.99 per report, or $29.99 5-pack).
- What payment methods are accepted?
- Stripe (cards) internationally, and WorldFirst where enabled. WeChat Pay / Alipay are only offered after async confirmation is configured.
- Can I inspect multiple URLs?
- Yes. Each URL gets its own free inspection. Optimization is purchased per report.
- What platforms are supported?
- eBay listings, plus Shopify, WooCommerce, and any brand site. Amazon-specific inspector is on the roadmap.
- How do refunds work?
- See our Refund Policy. In short: request a refund within 7 days if the optimization output is defective or unusable. System-side live probe failures get a free retry; still failing cases follow the refund policy.
