This page describes how BQ AI Inspector handles inspection data and payments. Claims below reflect our product design; formal certifications are listed only when independently verified.
Cloud
Infrastructure
BQ AI Inspector runs on managed cloud infrastructure with network isolation, automated backups, and access controls. Hosting region and provider may vary by deployment; we do not claim third-party compliance certifications we have not independently obtained.
Privacy
Data Privacy
We process the URLs and optional email you submit to generate visibility reports and optimizations. Listing content is sent to configured LLM providers solely to produce your results. We do not sell personal data. Provider retention policies depend on the model vendor you configure (e.g. DashScope / OpenAI-compatible APIs).
Security
Encryption
Traffic is served over HTTPS (TLS). Application secrets and payment credentials are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser. Database connections use encrypted channels when configured by the host environment.
Delivery
Live probe reliability
Paid ChatGPT / Gemini probes sometimes fail due to upstream model outages or rate limits. If that happens on our side: you get a free retry; if it still fails, contact support under the refund policy. Paste-ready rewrites (when purchased) remain available even when probes are unavailable.
